How You Will Make An Impact:

• Lead the development and tuning of DLP policies and rules within enterprise security tools
• Act as the primary SME supporting DLP analysts by refining ineffective rules and improving detection accuracy
• Partner with data analysts to build and deliver actionable data loss metrics and reporting
• Create playbooks, job aids, and documentation to standardize DLP operations and processes
• Drive continuous improvement of data protection strategies across the organization
• Contribute to strengthening enterprise-wide data security posture through hands-on execution and strategic input

Are you a proven Data Security SME with deep DLP expertise ready to drive impact?

• 10+ years of experience in data security, DLP, or related cybersecurity functions
• Strong hands-on experience with Proofpoint DLP (required)
• Experience with Microsoft Purview and/or Island.io is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis for reporting
• Proven experience developing, tuning, and optimizing DLP policies and rules
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear reporting and documentation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and results-driven environment
