Position Overview:
We’re looking for a compassionate, energetic Registered Behavior Technician ( RBT ) to work directly with clients under the guidance of our Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll implement individualized treatment plans, help clients reach their goals, and play a key role in a supportive, collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver ABA therapy using evidence-based techniques, helping clients learn new skills and reach milestones.

• Collect and track data on client progress, ensuring treatment plans are effective.

• Build strong rapport with clients and their families, creating a positive, engaging environment.

• Implement behavior intervention plans to safely manage challenging behaviors.

• Collaborate closely with BCBAs and team members to optimize client outcomes.

• Occasionally, provide family guidance to reinforce therapy goals at home.

Who You Are:

• Certified RBT or Behavioral Tech (required) with a passion for helping individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

• Experienced or eager to learn ABA techniques and data collection methods.

• Flexible, reliable, and committed to supporting clients consistently.

• Strong communicator and team player who values professionalism and respect.

• Physically able to assist clients as needed (lifting up to 15 lbs, bending, sitting, standing).

Work Environment:
