Compliance Analyst - Vendor Financial Services
Compliance Analyst with financial services or banking experience open in Greenville, SC . In this position, you will work for a financial services company that provides consumer loans and audit or test loans for compliance with federal and state regulations. You will also audit vendors or third parties for their compliancy with the laws. Must have a strong understanding of ECOA, FILA, UDAAP, FCRA, etc.

Qualifications:
- Experience in third party compliance audit (regulatory requirements)
- Strong knowledge of federal and state consumer financial laws (UDAAP, Truth in Lending - TILA, Truth in Advertising, ECOA, Consumer Harm, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Lending Act, Regulation E, Regulation Z)
