Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and production-focused Warehouse Worker to support daily operational workflows within a high-volume warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in production or packing roles and demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork. This role is part of a 20-member warehouse team responsible for inventory handling, order processing, packing, and shipping.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work the assigned 2nd shift schedule (Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM EST) with varying overtime as required.

• Perform general warehouse and inventory duties, including proper storage of drugs and supplies, maintaining refrigerated items, and monitoring pharmacy-related equipment.

• Prepare boxes and packaging materials daily.

• Create, correct, and apply shipping labels as needed.

• Deliver packages to designated shipping, mail, or courier areas.

• Monitor prescription drug inventory within the warehouse computer system.

• Receive inventory shipments and verify accurate product receipt.

• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.

• Maintain compliant storage and organization of prescription drug inventory.

• Conduct cycle counts and complete order processing tasks.

• Process, pack, and ship outgoing orders, ensuring all required drugs, supplies, and patient materials are included.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a production or packing environment (no minimum years required).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven warehouse setting.

• Self-motivated and dependable with a strong attendance record.

• Ability to stay focused and productive during high-volume workloads.

Work Hours & Requirements

• 2nd shift: Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM.

• Mandatory overtime and occasional weekend work required.
