Job Summary

The primary duty of this position is to provide analytical and administrative assistance for managers. Duties include performance scorecard maintenance, Ad Hoc analysis, spend reporting, term set management, Bravo review and triggers, first level BuySmart escalations, financial forecasting, incentive tracking, and support in creating presentations & business reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Work with manager to develop tools and processes that help to drive value in contracting, SLA tracking, and revenue generation.
• Complete ad hoc analysis, market trends, marketing/communication opportunities and opportunity analysis
• Trigger expirations and new contracts in contract database system.
• Support communication and implementation of program updates adhering to processes and timelines.
• Assist in budget forecasting and tracking of revenue against plan.
• Assist in income collection by participating in monthly vendor AR calls and following up on outstanding supplier payments as directed by manager.
• As directed by manager, communicate term set updates to operations.
• Assist and participate on project work teams seeking to create process improvement.
• Communicates term set updates to operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1-3 years’ work experience in data analytics or Foodbuy/Compass.
• ISM Foodservice Certification a plus.
• Analytical skills as well as the ability to simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Strong analytical skills using large data sets.
• Strong Excel skills as well as intermediate proficiency in Word and Power Point. PowerBI preferred.
