Virtual Assistant (Vendor Verification & Compliance) - GoldenHarvest LLC
We are seeking proactive **Virtual Assistants** to help us maintain a secure, verified, and smooth experience for vendors and customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
### **🔹 Vendor Verification**
* Reviewing vendor applications for accuracy and legitimacy
* Checking business documents, IDs, websites, and product information
* Approving, rejecting, or requesting additional information based on our compliance guidelines
### **🔹 Compliance & Risk Reduction**
* Ensuring vendor listings follow platform rules and product quality standards
* Monitoring potential fraud or misuse to reduce disputes and chargebacks
* Reporting suspicious activities to the Compliance Supervisor
* Helping maintain a safe and trusted e-commerce environment
### **🔹 Order Handling & Customer Coordination**
* Assisting customers with order inquiries
* Coordinating order updates between vendors and buyers
* Ensuring timely communication to prevent cancellations or disputes
* Documenting interactions in our internal system
## **Ideal Candidate**
We want someone who is:
* Highly detail-oriented and organized
* Comfortable verifying documents and identifying inconsistencies
* Professional in communication (written & verbal)
* Able to work independently and meet deadlines
* Familiar with chargeback reduction strategies (training provided)
* Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools or admin dashboards
* Trustworthy and committed to confidentiality
## **Requirements**
* Stable internet connection + computer
* Ability to work at least 3–4 hours daily
* Experience in customer service, compliance, or admin support (preferred)
* Strong English communication skills
* Willingness to undergo internal training and onboarding
