Lawn Care Technician
Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Care Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' landscapes. As a Lawn Care Technician, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional lawn care and ornamental applications, ensuring our clients' properties look their best year-round.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently complete daily and weekly production assignments, including the application of fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally conscious manner, maintaining clean and organized chemical storage areas.
- Communicate daily with supervisors and maintain open lines of communication with clients.
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as planting seasonal flowers, aeration services, and basic irrigation adjustments.
- Identify and address turf and ornamental concerns, offering solutions and executing treatments as needed.
- Supervise and train maintenance crews, ensuring they operate effectively and safely.
- Complete accurate timesheets and maintain records of all pesticide applications.
Qualifications
- Valid NC Driver’s license
- At least 1 year lawn care technician experience
- Ability to acquire NC Pesticide applicator's license.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
