Estimator IV Job Description Location: Charlotte, United States Start Date: 09 February 2026 Pay Rate: $64 Per Hour Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Estimator IV to join our team in Charlotte. As a senior member of the estimating team, you will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs and preparing detailed estimates for construction projects. Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects Analyze project plans and specifications to determine materials, labor, and equipment requirements Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate estimates Review and analyze historical data to improve estimating accuracy Provide guidance and mentorship to junior estimators Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry Proficiency in estimating software and tools Strong analytical and mathematical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
