We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Piping/Mechanical Superintendent in Cary/Wilson, NC who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. You’ll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done. Most importantly, you’ll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team and our planet. Here's what you'll need

• Bachelors degree's in construction or equivalent; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree

• At least 10 years of construction site experience

• At least 10 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager

• Experience with HVAC and Mechanical Plumbing piping and ductwork

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Collaborating in planning, design, construction and commissioning

• Excellent communications skills

• Proficient in use of software as Power Point, Excel, Word, Bluebeam

• Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings and/or reviews with owner and designers

• Attend constructability reviews

• Safety leader (JHA’s revision / daily signed off permits)

• Quality in construction

• OSHA 30

The base salary range for this position is $92,000.00 to $155,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
