In this role, you'll work directly with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments, helping them understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits while providing exceptional service throughout their experience.

This opportunity combines  customer service, member support, benefits education, relationship management, and consultative sales  in a fully remote environment.

No previous insurance experience is required.  We provide structured training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

What You'll Do

As a  Virtual Member Success Advisor , you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients before, during, and after enrollment.

Member Support & Customer Service

• Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
• Welcome and guide new clients through the enrollment process
• Listen to each client's needs, questions, and financial protection priorities
• Provide clear, professional answers regarding available benefits
• Deliver responsive customer service and ongoing follow-up
• Build long-term relationships through professionalism, trust, and consistent communication
• Assist existing clients with applicable policy reviews and beneficiary updates

Benefits Education & Enrollment

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Help clients understand coverage features and benefit choices
• Provide personalized recommendations based on individual needs
• Guide clients through applications and required documentation
• Help ensure clients understand the coverage they select
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up information

Professional Development

• Participate in structured virtual onboarding
• Attend weekly coaching and development sessions
• Receive mentorship from experienced leaders
• Develop communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
• Strengthen product and benefits knowledge

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Be comfortable conducting virtual appointments through Zoom
• Be willing and able to obtain the required  state Life & Health Insurance License
