**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide excellent customer service by following Allied Universal procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a positive environment.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and patients while providing assistance as needed.
+ Document and report security-related incidents and observations according to Allied Universal and site protocols.
+ Support emergency response activities and follow established procedures for healthcare environments.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
