Position Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance operations across our facility. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and a safe working environment. You will supervise a team of technicians, plan and allocate work schedules, and support both preventive and emergency maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically proficient, and capable of managing complex maintenance tasks while fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture.
This position is for the 2nd shift. Candidates must be available to work during second shift hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Industrial Maintenance or Engineering Technology
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies
Certifications such as CMRP, EPA 608, OSHA 30-Hour, or PLC programming/electrical licenses
Experience with CMMS and predictive maintenance programs
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, facilities, or utilities
1–3 years in a supervisory or lead technician role
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing systems
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Candidates must have legal rights to work in the United States . Visa sponsorship is not considered for this role.
Position Overview
As a Maintenance Supervisor / Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of maintenance functions—from janitorial and basic repairs to complex troubleshooting and equipment installations. You will lead site maintenance activities, manage preventive inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
Supervising and scheduling maintenance staff and contractors
Diagnosing equipment failures and implementing corrective actions
Coordinating testing, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
Enforcing OSHA regulations and conducting safety training
Communicating effectively with team members, vendors, and leadership
Supporting performance management and capability building within the team
