Sous Chef – Charlotte, NC

We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our team in Charlotte! This role supports the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, menu development, catering, and leading the culinary team. It’s a great opportunity for an energetic, creative professional ready to grow their career.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with menu planning, food prep, and presentation
• Support catering and special events
• Help manage costs and kitchen operations
• Lead and mentor hourly team members

What We’re Looking For

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience
• High-volume kitchen or catering experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and cost controls
• ServSafe certification a plus
