SUMMARY

We are in search of motivated individuals to join our team as Landscape Install Technicians in Raleigh - Durham, NC. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing, dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install landscape plants, trees, mulch, pine needles, sod, and grading.
• Operate shovels, rakes, picks, blowers, weed eaters, edging equipment, and grading tools.
• Assist the team with daily irrigation tasks.
• Perform additional duties as required and assigned.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold.
• Follow the daily work schedule, typically from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (weekends may be required based on weather).

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Must be physically capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching for extended periods.
• Experience is a plus but not required.
• 0-2 years of landscape installation experience preferred.
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License (NCDL) is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Comfortable using handheld tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
