If you hold an active real estate license, we will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel. You will master handling live tour requests, establishing consistent systems, and expanding your client base. Many of our agents achieve 2–3 closings per month within their first 90 days by applying our strategies.

Our hands-on onboarding process covers everything from lead engagement to consultations and contract drafting within the first 5 days. You will be actively showing properties and submitting offers immediately.

What we’re looking for:

1. Efficiently manage all stages of the real estate process, ensuring clients are consistently informed and updated.
2. Draft precise and accurate contracts, ensuring timely and correct handling of all documentation.
3. Utilize property data to guide clients in making informed pricing and offer decisions.
4. Maintain prompt communication and regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Keep your CRM organized and up-to-date, with a focus on tracking leads from Zillow Flex.
