Raleigh, NC or Greensboro, NC (Hybrid), Full-timeThinkTech is a Managed IT Services Provider helping businesses operate more securely, efficiently, and confidently through technology.We're looking for a Compliance Analyst to help clients navigate compliance frameworks, maintain audit readiness, and track the actions that turn compliance plans into measurable progress.This role is ideal for someone who has exposure to IT compliance, audit support, GRC, risk, or cybersecurity and wants to build broader experience across multiple frameworks, industries, and client environments.What You'll DoSupport compliance assessments across frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, HIPAA, SOC 2, CMMC, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001 Identify and document compliance gaps and required actions Maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence Track remediation activities and help ensure action items stay on schedule Coordinate with technical teams and clients to move compliance initiatives forwardParticipate in compliance planning meetings and status reviews Maintain compliance information within GRC platforms Who Thrives HereYou'll likely succeed if you:Enjoy working with details and maintaining highly accurate records Follow through and hold yourself accountableCommunicate well with both technical and non-technical peopleLike coordinating across teams to get work completed Are curious and enjoy learning new compliance frameworks and industries What We're Looking For1-3 years of experience in compliance support, audit support, IT, GRC, risk management, or a related field Exposure to one or more compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, HIPAA, SOC 2, CMMC, PCI DSS, or ISO 27001 Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsBonus Points For:Experience using GRC or compliance management platforms MSP or multi-client environment experience Experience supporting audits, risk assessments, or remediation efforts Security+, CISA, CMMC-RP, or similar certifications (or active pursuit of certification) Exposure to ControlMap, IntelliGRC, Apptega, or similar platformsWork EnvironmentHybrid work environment based out of our Raleigh or Greensboro office CompensationBase salary: $52,000 - $65,000 annuallyEligible for profit sharingOvertime eligibility as applicableWhy ThinkTech?We're a collaborative team that values integrity, ownership, continuous learning, and helping clients succeed.
