Key Responsibilities :

• You will be responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code.
• You will use your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions that meet client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Continuously improve code quality through code reviews and testing.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.

**This role is a hybrid role and requires 3 days a week onsite in Charlotte, NC

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum 5 years of work experience

• A minimum 3 years of Java Full Stack Development experience

• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in React.js
• Advanced proficiency in Node.js,
• Advanced Front End Development Node.js, Python Programming Language , and Digital Full Stack Development
