Your Day-to-Day

• Scout & Scan – Visit storm-affected neighborhoods, capture roof condition, and analyze imagery.
• Connect & Consult – Educate homeowners on their options, coverage, and next steps.
• Quote & Close – Deliver smart estimates on the spot using our instant-quote tech.
• Support & Service – Partner with our internal team to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Learn & Level Up – Receive ongoing sales training, tech coaching, and performance feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

• ♂️ Are self-driven, highly motivated, seeking higher earnings for greater performance
• Have strong people skills, pleasantly persistent with natural sales instincts
• Can manage their schedule like a pro
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Are comfortable using mobile technology and operating tech equipment
