Route Sales - Dry Cleaning (Raleigh, NC)

A Cleaner World, a trusted name in the Triangle area, is seeking a Route Sales & Delivery Driver to join our team in Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build and manage your own dry cleaning delivery route, combining delivery driving with outside sales and customer acquisition. As a brand ambassador, you will engage with residential and small business customers, promote our services, and play a key role in growing recurring revenue. Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to provide dry cleaning pickup and delivery throughout the Raleigh market
• Actively prospect and sign up new customers through face-to-face sales and referrals
• Build and manage a profitable delivery route
• Promote dry cleaning, laundry, and convenience services to customers
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Upsell services to increase route revenue and commission
• Track deliveries, sales activity, and customer notes using mobile tools
• Represent A Cleaner World professionally at all times

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and carry garment bags and laundry items
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Competitive, outgoing, and goal-oriented attitude
• Enjoys engaging with people and initiating conversations
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Prior route sales, delivery, or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

$40,000-$55,000 average per year
($20 per hour + new customer bonuses + commission)
