Adventure Trip Leaders
Looking for an INCREDIBLE place to work and call home this summer? Look no further than Camp Carolina... A summer camp paradise in an amazing little corner of the world called "The Land of the Waterfalls" in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
We are seeking Adventure Trip Leaders to take our campers off site and into the beautiful forests, lakes, rivers and rocks of North Carolina. We are looking for staff passionate about and skilled in white water kayaking, mountain biking, rock climbing, horse riding, hiking and backpacking, caving, paddleboarding, wakeboarding, sailing (and more!!!). Up to 5 weeks of training provided plus subsidized professional development courses such as the Wilderness First Responder. Work with 120 co workers from all over the world in a supportive, fast paced and exciting camp environment. Inspire the next generation of True Gentlemen and make a difference this summer!

Requirements
Depends on the department you are applying for. Passion and experience for the sport is a must. Love of working with and inspiring the next generation a must! Enthusiastic, hard working, selfless, love working with children.
