Job Summary/Company :
Sparks Group has partnered with a well-known retailer. Together we're seeking highly motivated and reliable temporary Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse team for a special, five-week project! If you're looking for a focused assignment where you can make an immediate impact, this is a great opportunity.

You'll be part of a team responsible for efficiently processing a large volume of inventory. Your main duties will include:

• Unboxing and preparing inventory items , which involves removing internal packaging like tissue paper or cardboard.

• Repacking items accurately into their correct boxes.

• Packaging items into larger shipping boxes , organized by size or destination.

• Taping, labeling, and stacking boxes onto pallets, with stacks reaching four to five layers high.

• Lifting and moving items weighing up to 20 pounds above shoulder height.

• Operating a pallet jack to move pallets as needed.

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods .
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Experience with pallet jacks is a plus, but not required.
