EXERCISE DEVELOPER - FTX/MIDEX/CULEX
Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking candidates for the following positions to support the development of the new Army Tactical SIGINT and Electronic Warfare (SIGINT EW) Course (ATSEC). This newly designed course aims to shape the future of SOF by integrating Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Electronic Warfare into a unified operator capability tailored to modern combat environments. We are looking to start support as soon as possible, with a period of performance through August 14, 2025, to support Pilot Course 1.
Duties and Responsibilities:- This individual will develop and write scripts and scenarios to support integrated exercises, ensuring realistic and useful scenarios for SI/EW annex missions.
Experience/Education:
- Current TS/SCI security clearance
- Must have the ability to provide instruction during the launch of Pilot 1
- Must have 7+ years of experience in exercise development, scripting, and scenario writing for FTX, MIDEX, and CULEX events
- Must be proficient in OPS Sync matrixes and OPS SKEDs.
