Sales Account Executive
American Esoteric Laboratories (AEL) is seeking a Sales Account Executive to grow our healthcare & medical services client base. In this role, you will manage and expand relationships with hospitals, clinics, and physician groups, promoting AEL's advanced diagnostic and lab testing solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting new accounts, leading consultative sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targets. You will collaborate with operations and clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery while reflecting AEL's culture of innovation, sustainability, and teamwork in every client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new healthcare provider accounts within an assigned territory
- Manage and grow existing client relationships with hospitals, clinics, and physician groups
- Conduct consultative sales meetings and product presentations to key decision-makers
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in CRM tools
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, and customer service teams to ensure high service levels
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and account plans for leadership
- Represent AEL at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Uphold healthcare compliance standards and AEL's values of sustainability, innovation, and teamwork
