Staff Development Coordinator - FTE - Retirement Community
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in adult education.
Active RN license for the state of NC or a valid license due to reciprocity from the incoming state.
SPICE Infection Preventionist Certification or obtain it within 1 year of hire.
MatrixCare experience preferred.
Experience in developing and facilitating nursing/healthcare education programs.
Prior experience in leveraging learning management systems preferred.
Candidates should thrive in a positive and respectful customer-driven culture and exemplify the organization's values of integrity.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 75,000.00 Per Year
