Job description:
Provide professional occupational therapy services according to accepted OT practice in consultation with the referring physician for home health and hospice. Great team-based work environment, paid travel time, and mileage. Mileage reimbursement and paid documentation time.
Essential job duties:
- Time management.
- Accurate documentation.
- Professional behavior.
- Clinical skills/treatment planning-includes assisting the patient/family with instructions and obtaining medical equipment.
- Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Team responsibility/leadership.
- Education: Graduation from an approved occupational therapy program with a Bachelor's degree. Current NC license to practice occupational therapy.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of experience is preferred.
