This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities and maintaining our equipment to the highest standards.

• Equipment Maintenance and Repair:
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
  • Repair or replace faulty components, parts, or systems
  • Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential problems before they lead to breakdowns
  • Maintain detailed maintenance logs and repair records
• Fabrication and Manufacturing Support:
  • Assist in the setup and adjustment of production equipment
  • Fabricate custom parts or components as needed for repairs or improvements
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and efficiency
  • Provide technical support and guidance to operators on equipment operation and maintenance
• Electrical Systems Management:
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues in manufacturing equipment and facility systems
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations
  • Perform upgrades and modifications to electrical systems as needed
• Preventive Maintenance Planning:
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment
  • Identify areas for improvement in maintenance procedures and processes
  • Recommend and implement cost-effective solutions to reduce downtime and increase efficiency
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

• Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies
  • Place orders for necessary materials and equipment
