- Paid time off
o Oversight of daily programmatic offerings including 1) StillWaters Counseling, and 2)HeartWorks Afterschool and Summer Learning Program.
o Lead and support staff and volunteers, fostering a positive organizational culture.
o Oversee facility management of HeartWorks' properties including a mental health counseling center and a youth center. Qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Experience in nonprofit leadership, education, youth development, and mental health programming is desirable.
* The ability to understand, implement, and manage grant requirements is essential.
* Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are required. Salary is commensurate with education, experience and desire to serve our community.
