Cary, NC & Surrounding Areas Executive Home Care of Cary is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our growing team as Client Care Specialists . If youre passionate about helping others live safely and comfortably at home, we want to hear from you. What Youll Do
- Provide personalized in-home support tailored to each clients needs
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
- Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
- Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team
- Promote a safe, respectful, and comfortable home environment
- A caring, patient, and reliable attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Caregiving experience preferred, but were willing to train the right person
- Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Must pass background screening
- Flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts available)
