Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.Role Purpose
The Enterprise National Integrator Account Manager is directly responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving assigned sales quotas through targeted national integrators and key ecosystem partners. This role serves as the primary sales leader for these strategic accounts—owning the national integrator sales strategy, influencing commercial direction, and ensuring customer satisfaction while strengthening Corning Optical Communications’ position in the Enterprise Networks ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute strategic sales plans for assigned national integrators to achieve quota and drive year‑over‑year revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, serving as a trusted sales advisor.
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the full COC portfolio.
- Serve as the subject matter expert to Territory Sales Managers, integrators, and ecosystem partners; coordinate national sales execution.
- Provide expertise on Enterprise Networks ecosystem business models (NPI Elite, National Integrators, General Contractors, etc.).
- Monitor and communicate competitive contractor program structures, requirements, and benefits.
- Improve NPI data reporting processes to enhance data accuracy and reduce non‑selling time.
- Maintain a deep understanding of integrator challenges and align COC solutions to address them.
- Deliver ongoing market intelligence to Marketing, including pricing trends, competitive activity, and product opportunities.
Education and Experience - Required:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (technical discipline a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Analytical thinker with the ability to turn data into actionable sales insights
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel up to 50%

The range for this position is $96,148.00 - $132,204.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
