Your mission

• Own the in-home consultation: assess, design, and propose the right solution.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
• Capture measurements and photos; produce accurate equipment layouts.
• Align recommendations with each client’s needs, preferences, and budget.
• Negotiate contracts and close to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a frictionless customer experience.
• Continuously scan the market to identify trends and competitor moves.
• Report on activity, pipeline, and forecasts with precision.
• Promote Rycor at local events and trade shows.

How you’ll succeed

• Background in sales or account management—ideally in-home.
