About the Role:
ENOCH LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable CDL Dump Truck Driver to join our team in Charlotte, NC! This is an exciting temp-to-full-time opportunity for a motivated driver ready to build a long-term career with a growing company. Responsibilities:
- Operate dump truck safely and efficiently for material hauling and delivery across job sites in the Charlotte, NC area
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
- Load and unload materials including dirt, gravel, sand, and construction debris
- Communicate with dispatchers and site supervisors to coordinate timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate driver logs, trip reports, and delivery documentation
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies on every route
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or mechanical issues promptly
Requirements:
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL license required (must have held license for two years)
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) with a safe driving history
- 1 year dump truck or heavy equipment driving experience preferred
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service (HOS) compliance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
