Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic setting, providing high-quality care to an active patient population. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, adaptable, and capable of managing a dynamic caseload in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Job Details:- Schedule: 5 Days/Week
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (up to 40 hours expected)
- Patient Volume: 12–14 patients/day
- Productivity Expectation: 60 visits/week
- Work Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Floating: Not required
- Travel Team Option: Available at this or neighboring clinic
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention
- Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while maintaining quality care
- Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific requirement)
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills in orthopedic rehabilitation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-productivity environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
