Step into a fulfilling role supporting students' growth and learning throughout the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of students from pre-K through 12th grade across private school settings. Work Monday through Friday, dedicating 37.5 hours per week to making a genuine difference in children’s lives in the Burlington area.

Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience and a compassionate approach to working with students exhibiting mild to moderate behavioral needs. Paraprofessionals in this role should feel confident assisting younger children with daily routines, including toileting as needed, and be adaptable to changing caseloads throughout the year.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in school environments as a paraprofessional
• Skilled in supporting children and adolescents with mild to moderate behavioral needs
• Comfortable assisting small children with toileting and other personal care
• Adaptability to work with a wide age range, from pre-K through 12th grade
• Effective communicator and team collaborator

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students in classroom settings and during daily activities
• Assist teachers with instructional tasks and individualized learning plans
• Manage and monitor student behavior, applying positive reinforcement strategies
• Offer care and help with basic needs, supporting academic and social development
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for all students
