Sales Representative

Our client, a well-established local pest control company, is looking for a positive, confident, and dependable Customer Service & Sales Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable discussing service options and pricing.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction

• Educate customers on service options, pricing, and service agreements

• Recommend appropriate pest control solutions based on customer needs

• Convert inquiries into scheduled services

• Follow up on open estimates, leads, and opportunities

• Process payments and maintain accurate customer records

• Communicate clearly with technicians and internal team members

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred

• Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills

• Comfortable discussing pricing, service plans, and recommendations

• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Positive, team-focused attitude

• Reliable with consistent attendance and dependability
