Adult Outpatient Therapist
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients, utilizing intake assessments, observations, and medical histories.
- Monitor treatment efficacy, adjust interventions, and provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, psychologists, and nurses, to ensure continuity of care.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Qualifications include a valid North Carolina license, 2+ years post-graduate experience, strong knowledge of DSM/ICD-10, and excellent interpersonal skills.
