What You'll Be Doing

?? Design & Development – Assist in crafting detailed plans, specifications, and inspection reports that bring projects to life.
?? Technical Collaboration – Work alongside seasoned engineers to develop substation designs and construction drawings.
?? Project Coordination – Help prepare material lists, oversee labor contracts, and ensure seamless project execution.
?? Innovation in Action – Provide direction to designers and CAD operators, translating engineering concepts into precise deliverables.
?? Vendor & Client Interaction – Engage with stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency.
?? Engineering Mastery – Gain hands-on experience in specialized areas such as physical layout design, protection/control design, relay programming, and substation commissioning.
?? Tech-Savvy Approach – Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for reporting and documentation.
?? Continuous Learning – Stay ahead in the field with mentorship, cutting-edge projects, and real-world problem-solving.

What We're Looking For

? Degree – B.S. in Electrical Engineering (a must).
? Experience – 0-2 years in engineering (new grads welcome!).
? Certification – Engineer in Training (EIT) required.
? Mindset – A proactive problem-solver eager to learn, adapt, and innovate.
? Team Player – Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
