Mascot, Greensboro Swarm
- Perform as the character, with possibility of performing as additional characters
- Perform at all Swarm home games and appearances as assigned
- Assist in creating skits, videos, and other creative projects as assigned
- Work to grow the Swarm brand and character in keeping with the overall direction and goals of Greensboro Swarm
- Maintain mascot costume, props, mascot vehicle as needed to ensure the highest quality at all times
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
- Ability to perform high impact physical maneuvers such as dunking off a trampoline, performing stunts tumbling, etc.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Presents self in professional manner and has the ability to interact with all levels of organization and outside contacts
- Strong project management skills
- Strong Social skills –listens to others, works well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
- Planning and organizing, can prioritize work activities; uses time efficiently
- Detail Oriented
- Adaptability – adapts to change in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to handle frequent changes
- Dependability – consistently at work on time, follows instructions, responds to manager’s instructions
- Available to work extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work a rigorous NBA G-League schedule including, but not limited to 24 home games as well as select events and/or appearances
- Must be at least 21 years old
