Job Summary:
Access Services is hiring a Bilingual Foreman (English/Spanish) for a leading plumbing contractor in Charlotte, NC. This role requires 5+ years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing, along with the necessary licenses and certifications in North Carolina . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be detail-oriented, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews on commercial and residential projects.
Ensure compliance with blueprints, plumbing codes, and safety regulations.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment to optimize workflow.
Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and clients.
Train and mentor team members on plumbing best practices.
Enforce job site safety protocols and industry standards.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong communication skills.
North Carolina Plumbing License (required).
OSHA 30 Certification (required).
Drinking Water & Wastewater Certification (preferred).
CDL License (preferred, for operating company vehicles).
Ability to read blueprints and interpret plumbing codes.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Availability to work in Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas.
