Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract position with a client located in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). This role is part of supporting Treasury functions including collateral management, liquidity management, and capital hedge solutions.

Pay Range: $65.00/hour to $70.00/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with front office, middle office, finance, operations, and risk teams across the full trade lifecycle.

• Elicit, document, and validate requirements for complex financial solutions involving derivatives and capital markets instruments.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements to guide development teams.

• Support development teams working in Agile environments with geographically dispersed stakeholders.

• Conduct data analysis and support modeling using tools such as Python and Oracle .

• Provide insights into balance sheet, income statement, and regulatory/compliance needs.

• Engage in testing support, backlog grooming, and sprint planning in an Agile/Scrum team.

Desired Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in financial services or capital markets.

• 5+ years of direct client or stakeholder-facing experience in delivering solutions.

• Deep understanding of Capital Markets, Trade Lifecycle, and Treasury functions.

• Experience working in Agile teams across global locations.

• Familiarity with technical stacks including Python, Java, Angular, and Oracle.

• Knowledge of financial reporting and instruments across asset classes.

• CFA or FRM certification preferred.

Pay Details: $65.00 to $70.00 per hour
