Associate Salesforce Developer

Genius Talent has partnered with a leading Telecom company in search of a Junior Salesforce Developer. In this role you will assume a pivotal position within the team, contributing significantly to the continual enhancement and optimization of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive tendencies, adept at gathering requirements and feedback to conceptualize scalable solutions adhering to best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of application support experience, preferably in a Salesforce-centric environment (Sales Cloud, Support Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Comms Cloud (Vlocity), Experience Cloud).
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of analyzing issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to devise solutions.
• Demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning new technologies.
• Familiarity with IT tools such as IT FreshService, JIRA Software, and JIRA Confluence.
• Experience with Broadband applications like VC4, Symphonica, GTV, 3GIS is advantageous.
