Financial Analyst - Parking and Transporation

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to manage and analyze parking billing and transportation accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of billing processes, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and supporting the financial operations of our transportation services. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and someone who actively questions and validates their work to ensure the highest level of accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and process billing for parking and transportation services, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

  • Reconcile transportation and parking accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies.

  • Prepare, analyze, and present regular financial reports related to parking and transportation revenue and expenses.

  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and improve processes.

  • Monitor account balances, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, billing, or accounting (experience in transportation or parking services is a plus).

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial management software.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
