The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing appointments and ensuring smooth scheduling and communication between customers and staff. Responsibilities
  • Manage and schedule customer appointments efficiently via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Coordinate with service and sales departments to ensure appointment availability and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer interactions in the company system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts promptly.
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed to support the dealership's daily operations.
