Class A Flatbed Truck Driver Home Weekends Weekly Pay

We’re hiring reliable CDL-A flatbed drivers who want consistent freight, strong pay, and guaranteed weekends at home. If you’ve got at least a year of OTR experience and flatbed background, this is a great opportunity to run steady and get home regularly.

What You’ll Get

• Pay: 27% of weekly gross revenue
• Average weekly pay: around $1,400
• Average annual pay: up to $72,000–$75,000 depending on freight volume and experience
• Bonus: $1,500 after your first delivery
• Miles: 2,300–2,800 each week
• Pay schedule: Every Friday by direct deposit
• Home time: Weekends off
• Extras: Breakdown, detention, tarping, and layover pay
• Per diem: Up to $300 weekly
• Rider & pet policy: Riders (18+) and small pets welcome from day one
• Safety bonus: Additional pay for safe performance

Your Equipment

• 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth T680 
• Automatic trucks with EZ-Pass and Pre-Pass. 
• Drivers with auto restriction are welcome.

Orientation

• Three-day orientation with travel, hotel, and meals covered.

Benefits

Requirements

• Minimum age: 22
• 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
• At least one year of recent flatbed experience (within the last 5 years) hauling steel or pipe loads
• No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
• No more than 1 at-fault accident in 3 years
• No recent safety terminations or rollovers
• No failed DOT drug/alcohol tests
• No more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years
• Must pass DOT physical and urine drug test
