HRIS and Payroll Data Analyst — Plant Operations
About the role
Join a major international manufacturing operation as the on-site authority for payroll, benefits, and HR technology. You’ll translate complex workforce data into clear decisions, ensure every paycheck is right the first time, and keep our HR systems running flawlessly.
Impact you’ll have
- Deliver precise biweekly payroll, maintaining compliance and data integrity end to end.
- Oversee leave management across FMLA, ADA, and Workers’ Compensation programs.
- Turn data on overtime, absenteeism, and recruiting into insights leaders can act on.
- Act as the HRIS/timekeeping super-user (SuccessFactors, ADP, or UKG), championing configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Maintain complete, current employee records and conduct monthly system audits.
- Be the site’s primary expert for payroll, benefits, and HR systems.
Environment and schedule
Based full-time on site at a 24/7 manufacturing plant. Work is primarily office-based in a busy factory setting. Core schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of progressive HR or payroll experience; manufacturing strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel mastery and a high degree of independence with exceptional attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
- Proficiency across Human Resources fundamentals.
Tools and systems
- HRIS/time-tracking: SuccessFactors, ADP, or UKG.
- Data analysis: expert-level Excel.
