Project Coordinator:
Supports project teams through documentation, communication, and organization. Learns FCC’s project delivery systems, builds foundational understanding of construction documentation, and supports team coordination.

Role Progression
This position covers all tasks listed below and builds the foundation for FCC future leadership. Each subsequent level expands on these skills while assuming ownership and mentoring responsibility."

  1. General Construction Process + FCC Technology
    • Proactively learn construction materials, processes, including critical path.
    • Applies FCC project standards as outlined in the “FCC Project Delivery Manual”.
    • Actively engages in the proficient utilization of standard FCC technology procedures, encompassing tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Outlook, DocuSign, and more.
  2. Document Control
    • Coordinates and inspects work, generates various project reports to support progress.
    • Analyzes and reports production statistics; assists with daily reporting and documentation.
    • Maintains up-to-date records, posts document revisions, including RFIs and addendums.
  3. Material Procurement, Reporting and Tracking
    • Participates in site observations meetings with project leaders, documents, and tracks action items.
    • Generates procurements logs, monitors shop draw drawings, and manages deliveries as directed.
    • Provides progress updates and reports back to the project team to support the scheduling process.
