McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the day shift for our Residential program at our headquarters in Charlotte, NC.

The hours for the day shift in our residential clinic program are 7AM - 7PM.

How will you help us achieve our mission? You will:

• Administer medication to clients according to medical orders.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping, to include notes as required.
• Perform intake with new clients.
• Ensure doctor’s orders are followed.
• Obtain vital signs from clients as needed or as ordered by the doctor.
• Respond to staff needs – give PPD tests, respond to medical codes.
• Audit charts, ensure medical inventory is stocked.

What are the qualifications needed for this role?
This role requires a valid NC LPN or LPN from another state that participates in the multistate nurse licensure compact.
