Line Cook
We need a reliable, fast paced line cook to join our tight knit culinary team. Since shifting our focus heavily to the kitchen and creating an elevated menu, we stay busy. You will be a crucial part of keeping our high-volume services running smoothly, ensuring your station is organized, your prep is tight, and your plates are consistent.
What You'll Do:
- Cook & plate: Send out our elevated menu items exactly to spec—hot, fast, and looking sharp.
- Crush the rush: Work seamlessly with the crew to pace tickets smoothly for our busy lunch, dinner, and late-night crowds.
- Keep it tight: Maintain a spotless, organized station because we pride ourselves on a professional, organized kitchen.
- Prep and stock: Manage your station's daily inventory, keep everything fresh, and utilize sharp knife skills.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Solid time spent on a high-volume line; an elevated casual or fine-dining background is a huge plus.
- Pace and focus: Ability to stay cool, move fast, and keep quality high when the ticket printer fills up.
- Attitude: A reliable, hard working team player who thrives in a respectful, drama free environment.
