Industrial Field Service Technician
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Work order processing
- Machine inspection
- Telephone and field service support
- Warranty issue solving
- Report product quality and service feedback
- CPC (Cosen Predictive Computing) product installation and support
- Sales support ( tradeshows, demonstrations, application and testing)
- Work may include traveling 1 to 2 times per month for install or service call
- Machine installations and training of operators
- Use manuals to support parts sales and inventory
- working in a smoke free environment
- wearing steel toe shoes
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
- working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
- CNC (2 years of experience is preferred)
- Bandsaw Machine Experience (2 years of experience is preferred)
- Field Service Technician (4 years of experience is preferred)
- CNC Machine Maintenance (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Maintenance Technician (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Years of experience: 4 years
- Experience level: Experienced
