Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in Kings Mountain, NC. This role involves performing repetitive workstation or line assembly operations to mass-produce sheet metal components or assemble those components into a completed product. Duties include operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring quality standards are met. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a production environment and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly-type functions using hand and/or power tools

• Operate press brake to form flat sheets

• Operate automatic fastening machines and devices

• Read and use a tape measure accurately

• Follow company safety and quality standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and drug screen

• Ability to read, write, and understand job instructions in English

• Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals

The base pay range for this position is $16.00-$17.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
