Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in a school setting located in High Point, NC. This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated professional with a commitment to helping students improve their communication skills through evidence-based therapeutic interventions during the academic school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- State license or certification as a School-Based SLP
- Experience working with students across the K-12 age range
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators and families
- Knowledge of assessment tools and individualized education program (IEP) development in accordance with educational guidelines

- High Point, North Carolina
- K-12 public school environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with school policies and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring
